What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and grow Vantage’s official social media channels in Vietnam, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
• Develop localized social media content strategies aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and local market trends.
• Independently plan and produce high-quality social media content, including posts, short-form videos, visuals, scripts, and other creative formats.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end content production process, from ideation and planning to execution and publishing.
• Build scalable content formats and workflows to support high-volume content production while maintaining quality.
• Identify local social trends, audience insights, and content opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Video, and regional teams to deliver effective social media campaigns.
• Monitor content performance and provide data-driven recommendations to continuously optimize content strategy.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong experience in both social media content planning and hands-on content production.
• Proven ability to independently create high-quality social media content, especially short-form videos, visuals, and copywriting.
• Strong understanding of Vietnam’s social media landscape, local audience behavior, and current content trends.
• Experience managing official brand social media channels.
• Ability to produce content at scale while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Good analytical skills and ability to use social media data to optimize content performance.
• Fluent English communication skills, Chinese is a plus.
• Experience in Fintech, CFD, Web3, Crypto, or related industries is a plus.
