Trách nhiệm chính

- Hoạt động trong các group môi giới Pháp trên Facebook/LinkedIn, vận hành chương trình ambassador
- Viết email sequence chuyển đổi dùng thử thành khách trả phí, làm tài liệu bán hàng và thỉnh thoảng join demo Zoom
Yêu cầu bắt buộc
- Tiếng Anh thành thạo nói và viết
- 2+ năm kinh nghiệm content marketing, social media hoặc digital marketing
- Biên tập video ngắn (CapCut, Premiere) và làm hình cơ bản (Canva, Figma)
- Nhạy bén với content hiệu quả trên mạng xã hội: hook, format, thời điểm đăng
- Chấp nhận ca chiều/tối để trùng giờ làm việc với Pháp
Ưu tiên nếu có
- Tiếng Pháp gần bản ngữ — ưu tiên hàng đầu và đạt trần lương
- Từng sống, học hoặc làm tại Pháp/Bỉ

- Omnicasa builds CRM software for real estate agencies in Belgium and France. Annam Software is our development center in Ho Chi Minh City, where most of our product is built.
- We're launching a new mobile app that lets real estate agents create professional property photos, AI home staging and videos. The app launches in France.
- You'll be the first marketing and sales hire for the app, working directly with product management and the dev team in HCMC.
- Content
- Create short videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn: before/after photos, AI home staging, quick tips for agents
- Write posts, newsletters, SEO articles and App Store texts for the French market
- Build and update the landing page and the comparison page with competitors
- Plan a weekly content calendar and track what performs
Community
- Be active in French real estate agent groups on Facebook and LinkedIn
- Run our ambassador program: recruit agents, collect their photos, videos and testimonials
Supporting sales
- Build email sequences that turn free trials into paying customers
- Create sales material: demo videos, one-pagers, FAQ
- Occasionally join a Zoom demo with an interested agency
Product feedback
- Share what agents ask for and why they don't switch, so the dev team builds the right things
Speak French? Write your cover letter in French. Links to content you made (videos, posts, social accounts) count more than a degree.

Must have
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- 2+ years in content marketing, social media or digital marketing
- You can shoot and edit short videos (CapCut, Premiere or similar) and make simple visuals (Canva, Figma)
- Good eye for what performs on social media: hooks, formats, timing
- Strong writer: you make complex things sound simple
- Self-starter: you'll own this channel and figure things out
- Okay with an afternoon/evening schedule to overlap with France
Highly preferred
- French. The app targets agents in France and Belgium, so French speakers get priority and the top of the salary range. Near-native French writing is a huge plus
Nice to have
- Lived, studied or worked in France or Belgium
- Experience in SaaS, proptech or real estate
- Experience with SEO, email marketing or paid social ads
- You already use AI tools to produce content faster
- Comfortable appearing on camera
