The Role

We're looking for a Senior Video Editor to own video across our client portfolio, spanning FMCG, F&B, Banking, Technology, Retail and beyond. Because we work as an extension of our clients' teams, you won't just cut footage to a brief. You'll get to know each brand deeply, shape how it shows up on screen, and build a consistent video identity over time.

What You’ll Do

• Edit brand films, campaign videos, product and explainer content, testimonials and event recaps, from brief to final delivery
• Produce always-on social content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and horizontal cuts for YouTube and Facebook, formatted per platform
• Own the video look and feel for each brand you work on, keeping it consistent across every piece
• Add motion graphics, titles, lower thirds and subtitles (English / Vietnamese)
• Handle colour correction, sound design and audio mix to a professional finish
• Contribute ideas in creative and content planning, not just in post
• Deliver fast-turnaround edits for launches, activations and events when needed
• Organise, back up and archive footage and project files.

• 3+ years of professional video editing, with a portfolio showing brand and short-form work
• Strong in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; After Effects for motion graphics
• A sharp sense of pacing, music and storytelling, and an eye for what works on social in Vietnam
• Ownership mindset: you care about the result, manage your own timelines and flag issues early
• Able to adapt tone across very different brands, from playful FMCG to corporate banking and tech
• Takes feedback well and communicates clearly with the team and clients
• Good English.

Nice to Have

• You can shoot: confident with mirrorless or cinema cameras, gimbal, lighting and audio for interviews, products, events and B-roll
• Experience in the sports or luxury industry.
