CONTENT MARKETING SPECIALIST – E-COMMERCE & SOCIAL COMMERCE

VE Pharma is the exclusive partner of Vitabiotics UK in Vietnam, bringing one of the UK’s leading vitamin and supplement brands closer to Vietnamese consumers.

As our e-commerce and digital presence continues to grow across Shopee, TikTok Shop, our website, and social media, we’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who can turn health information, product benefits, and consumer insights into content that is easy to understand, engaging, and commercially effective.

This role could be a great fit if you enjoy the creative side of content, understand healthcare communication and advertising requirements, and know how to create content that is both compliant and commercially effective — driving traffic, engagement and conversion.

🌟 What you’ll own

Plan and execute content across Shopee, TikTok Shop, website, Facebook and other digital channels.

Turn product benefits, health information and consumer insights into clear, engaging and persuasive content.

Create and optimize product pages, social content, short-form video scripts, campaign content, livestream content, landing pages and articles.

Develop SEO-friendly content that improves discoverability, traffic and conversion.

Work closely with Brand, Product, E-commerce, Designers and Agencies from brief to execution.

Look at performance beyond likes and views — including clicks, conversion and sales — and continuously improve content based on what works.

Explore new trends, formats and consumer angles that can strengthen both brand relevance and commercial performance.

Ensure health-related communication remains accurate, responsible and compliant, while still finding creative ways to engage consumers.

Support content quality and provide guidance to junior team members or external partners when needed.

👤 You could be a great fit if you

Have 2–4+ years of hands-on Content Marketing experience.

Have created content in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, supplements, nutrition, pharmacy retail or other health-related categories.

Are a strong Vietnamese writer and editor who can make complex information simple and consumer-friendly.

Have hands-on experience with social media, websites, and/or e-commerce/social commerce platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, TikTok Shop, or similar channels.

Are comfortable creating different formats, from product copy and long-form articles to social posts, short videos, and campaign content.

Can independently take a content project from brief → idea → execution → review → optimization.

Have a working knowledge of advertising regulations and content requirements for health-related products, and understand how to balance creative and commercial content with compliant, responsible health communication.

A strong plus: SEO experience, social commerce/livestream content, KOL/KOC content, or an educational background in healthcare, pharmacy, nutrition or life sciences.
